What Tyro Is, and What It Isn't
What Tyro Is
Tyro is the starting point for a serious HVAC career.
We give you focused, hands-on training designed to make you useful faster. You learn the tools, systems, installation fundamentals, troubleshooting habits, and professional standards that help you walk into an employer with confidence and contribute from the beginning.
The Path Ahead
The point isn't to promise you a title. It's to show that Tyro is the first rung of the ladder, not the top.
What Tyro Is Not
- A master technician program.
- A shortcut around years of valuable field experience.
- A replacement for trade school, or a claim that classroom education does not matter.
- A promise that eleven weeks turns someone into an expert.
Tyro is about getting started the right way.
Instead of spending your first few years just trying to become useful, we want you to enter the field with a real foundation, then build on it through apprenticeship, focused training, coaching, and years of real work.
You still have to earn the experience.
We just think the best place to start is actually prepared.
